Creative pumpkins

Posted by on oct 9, 2012 in DIY - Do It Yourself!, Inspiration | 4 Comments

I’m not sure if the pumpkin carving for Halloween is a worldwide phenomena, but in North America, it’s a huge DIY party.  Pumpkins, for me, represent the last season’s harvest and they evoke heart warming food.  In search of my own pumpkin design inspo for this year’s crafty project, I collected these images of unique and fun ways to design your own seasonal decorations. The one sad thing about these is once you cover the skin with paint, there’s no chance you’ll eat the rest :(  well well, one has to choose it’s battle.  We’d love to know wich design you like most?  Are you planing to carve or paint your pumpkin?  Enjoy xo Ari

Most images have been found on H&G website, pinterest and weheartit  :)

Love the roundup but I have to admit when I was looking at the photos I was wonderderng where the photos came from and my heart sank a little when I got to the bottom and saw some of the sources as Pinterest and Weheartit.

I do, and it is a pain. I use google image search (as an extension) but I’ve just stopped posting unknown sources on my blog. To each his/her own – everyone has to make up their own mind what to post these days :)
