June’s Style Diary: Wilderness in the City
Oaks Bottom Wildlife refuge sits right off the east bank of the Willamete River and is seriously 2 mins from my house! The second half of my photo shoot was taken in the greener areas of the park and around the river bank. To get a little closer to the waters, I had to climb down a muddy (and slippery) cliff and hung onto some twine to escaped from falling in! It was well worth it as we were able to get the last few snaps before the storm came in.
