Happy monday dear readers!  Here is  the step by step of a super simple fringes neck accessory:

Step 1 and 2;  find a vintage tee that you want to crop, take a 6″ measure from the bottom hem, or whatever length you want your crop tee to have.  Cut along your line and keep the bottom part.

.

Step 3.  Cut your fabric loop in fringes, approx 1/4 inch, all around the tee, keeping the bottom hem intact.  this will keep your work from stretching and tearing appart.

.

Step 4.  Knot the bottom edge of all or a couple of fringes (one every 3-4 looks good).  You can add glass pearls on a some fringes to change the look.  Now you decide what your neck piece will be:  a wrap scarf?  A necklace?  You can embellish your new neckpiece with a chain necklace and brooch, or clip vintage earings.  Get creative!
