Peanut butter & honey smoothie

Find all the energy to get yourself going in the morning with this delicious Peanut Butter & Honey Smoothie!

What you need:

-1 banana
-3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
-1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
-1 tsp honey
-2 tbsp chia seeds
-4 tsp hemp seeds
-1 tsp shredded coconut
-a few drop vanilla extracts (optional)

There are no secrets in making a smoothie: put all ingredients in a blender and mix well. And you can always adjust the flavors to your taste!

Chia seeds have been my favorite lately. When exposed to water, chia seeds form a coating of gel, increasing size and weight. That gel is difficult to remove from the seed so you’re body think it’s full. That’s how these little guys keep you feel energized for hours.

Just like chia seeds, hemp seeds provide long-lasting energy. It also contains one of the highest concentrations in cholesterol-lowering agents.
